Rania is a supply chain manager with over twenty-two years of experience in finance and supply chain. She is currently taking a role of global senior planning manager in Unilever. In her position she is responsible for the rigorous and healthiness of end to end planning governance and KPIs in North Africa, middle east and south east Asia clusters. This involves engaging with teams across more than thirty countries, reviewing planning processes & KPIs of these business units, and recommending structural and tactical projects needed for better business steering. Rania has significant business planning expertise along with strong crossfunctional team working skills. She has played pivotal roles in orchestrating finance, supply chain, sales and marketing functional teams in more than three S&OP transformational projects. In her roles in supply chain and mainly S&OP; transformational management along with behavioural leadership programs were key areas that developed her business and personal profiles. Rania’s purpose in life is to continuously develop self and passionately enjoy whatever she does.
